Image Transparenting
This tutorial teaches you how to transparent images.
CLICK Open an image you want a partly tranparent shape or another image ontop of the original image to be on. Open(CTRL+O)CLICK Select the shape you want (in my case, it's a rectangle, good for iframs and such) or open another image to put it ontop of the first image.
CLICK Make a rectangle or the shape that you want and put it on your original image. Or just put another image ontop of the first.(Make sure it's a new layer[GIFS 'specially]).
CLICK Now open the Layers box if you haven't already. F7 or from the navigation: Windows >>Layers.
Please remember if you want it to be transparent, then you must press the arrow beside the OPACITY tool on the layers box. And just play with it until you have a percentage rate of opacity that you want the image or shape to appear onto of the original image. (other words, transparency rate appearance)
CLICK =D Yay, if you made any mistakes, don't worry just Undo it(CTRL+Z) and wallla! ... and remember, you can add text when you upload the image you have onto a host and you can make iframes and blogs! =D Or just simply making an image XD like mine.
