These apply to everything on the site unless otherwise stated under the Resources, Layouts, or Graphics section of the Terms of Use.
- Never steal anything from my site; don't steal the graphics that I made myself, don't steal the coding/layout from my site, don't steal anything, don't take anything from my site without permission. Of course the graphics are freeware for you to use for your graphics.
- Always give credit when you use something from my site. Just a little link will show your gratitude, and it's not so hard to do.
- Do not put any of the things on my site onto your site [even if you give credit].
- Do not distribute/claim/alter/copy/recreate/sell my artwork.
- Do not direct link my image links, please; you can find your own bandwith instead of direct linking.
- Without an official document written by me, you do not have permission to go against these terms.
- Do not use them like any sort of bases; wallpapers are for your desktop and icons can be placed onto your site or for your MSN/AIM icon.
- Icon bases and buttons are basically the base of an icon or a button. You may place textures, text, and etc. on them, but may not be used
- Gradients may be used in the production of any of your resources, but may not be used to create your own gradients.
- Patterns, brushes, textures and pngs may not my used to create any of your resources; you should not use them for any resources, only graphics/layouts.
- Do not alter anything but the coding areas where you should. (Most of them have comment tags telling you where to edit the coding. Should you be confused about where to edit the coding, please contact me.)
- Please leave the credits where they are (beit credits back to this site, TEOL, or to another site, they are deserving of the credit since I have used their resources on the layout).

TEOL nor I, claim any of the images as our own unless they were photographed. However, with the production of some images (like layouts), they are the product of my work, however the images do not belong to me.
